Hark
The Jingle Red-Nosed Chestnuts |
|
A Christmas Calamity!
|
|
Starring Sean YEO
and Jonathan LIM with music by BANG Wenfu |
|
In the tradition
of the best comic duos, Sean and Jonathan take you through a
whirlwind of satire, parody, absurd slapstick and inspired
lunacy; waltzing their way through a whole gamut of twisted
Christmas songs and sketches in this high-energy mix of comic
scenes, spoofs and cabaret numbers. Anything and everything is
fodder for their comedic campaign. |
|
Chestnuts
premiered at the Jubilee Hall in 1996, appearing for a second
time in 1997. In 1998, it was invited to run at the
prestigious Blue Room in Perth, where it received juicy
critical acclaim. Last year, Chestnuts swept into CHIJMES to
celebrate the Millennium. |
