a Hokkien family in Singapore. Most local Chinese dishes
are stir-fried in a wok. The cooking oil usually used is
peanut oil. You can also use corn oil. A lot of work goes into the preparation of the
ingredients, but the cooking takes only a few minutes. Have fun!
