Fried Pork Sausages

 

Defrost six pork sausages in a bowl of water.

Cut each sausage into three parts.

Into a heated wok, put enough oil to cover the sausages.

Put in the sausages, a few at a time.

Stir the sausages with a spatula continually for a few minutes.

Dish out the sausages.

That's it.
