Tower Records will be closing its flagship store at Pacific Plaza
on 18 Feb 2001. It will move to a new location in a few months.
The new outlet will serve as the main location for Tower Records,
said a spokesman on 22 Jan 2001. Tower, which has another outlet at
Suntec City, was the first to start a megastore here. It opened at
Pacific Plaza in November 1993. (Straits Times 23 Jan 2001) |
